We will try to help you, in the best way, to find the right product for your computer, but we don't take any responsibility of being absolutely correct or without errors in that matter. Our mission is to have you as a satisfied and happy customer.
To make things easier for everyone we wish you tell us things like: model and if possibly the serial number, what part you want and if you have a photo of it - it's even better.
We have a large stock but some parts that are not frequently asked for are not in our storage, it takes us - usually - 3-4 weeks to get it in stock.
A frequent question is what freight charges we have. We charge 119 SEK in Sweden and ~16 EURO for all other countries plus taxes or VAT.
Orders within Europe placed without a valid TAX/VAT number will be canceled unless you are a private customer and have paid VAT/TAX. EU VAT/TAX VALIDATION
If a product has the statement as OBSOLETE that means that Asus does not anymore support that product and it cannot be bought unless other is mentioned in the text.
