Delivery to private consumers
All packages to private consumers will be send by regular postal service.
The regular postal service will delivery your package to the nearest address and this might deviate from your actual residential address.
A bill will be sent to the recipients delivery address which will enable him/her to acquire the package.
You can see the total freight cost during the checkout process and before confirming the order.
Delivery to companies
Deliveries to corporate customers will be delivered to the place of business on weekdays.
If the recipient is unable to acquire the package at the venue, the package will be held at the postal service for you to pick up at your convenience.

Return Material Authorisation- RMA
A RMA nr is required to return goods.
You can obtain a RMA number by sending an e-mail to:
info@asusparts.eu
We will authorize the RMA and give you a valid RMA number.
Shipments without or with an unaccepted RMA number will be rejected.
Wrong products delivered
If Asusparts makes an error when delivering your goods, we will of course delivery the correct goods to you free of charge.
However if the error is induced by misinformation on the customers behalf the same terms apply as in returning goods.
Asusparts withholds the right to delivery replacement products which Asus supply.
These products have been approved by Asus and replace products that due to different circumstances no longer can be delivered.
Wrong products ordered by customer
Normally we dont give RMA to wrong products ordered by customer.
I some cases, when the product is unused and a product usually kept in storage, we can make exceptions.
