Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery terms

All deliveries are made according to the delivery term CIP. This means that Zand Group AB is responsible for the goods arriving with carrier and that the shipping price is paid by Zand Group AB. The goods are also insured for any damage or loss during transport. Customs and handling fees may apply if the destination country is outside of the EU. For shipments to destinations outside of the EU, VAT is applied in the destination country. For additional information regarding customs and VAT, please contact your country’s customs agency.

Delivery time

Every item in our shop has a stock status that is displayed in the web shop. Parts marked with 'In stock' will be shipped out the same day or the following working day if ordered. Delivery time varies depending on destination country but is usually 4-5 working days. When your order is sent you will receive tracking information by email. Parts labelled 'Remote stock' have an estimated delivery time based on the brand:

• ASUS spare parts in remote stock have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks.
• Acer spare parts in remote stock have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks.
• Samsung spare parts in remote stock have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 weeks.
• Huawei spare parts in remote stock have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks.

Freight cost

Freight costs differ depending on destination. You can see the total freight cost during the checkout process and before confirming your order.

Sending goods on customer's freight account

We can send goods on customer freight, but due to extra administration we need to charge an extra fee of 5 EUR if order value is less than 100 EUR.

Customs

Please note that when ordering from outside the European Union (EU) additional charges for custom duties and VAT may apply in connection with the receipt of the delivery.

Return policy

An RMA number is required to return goods. Shipments without RMA number will be rejected. You can obtain an RMA number by sending an email to info@zandparts.com. You can also fill out the contact form found by using the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner of this web page.

Returns under EU Consumer Directive

According to EU Consumer Directive, private end users have a possibility to return goods bought online. The claim must be made within 7 days of the delivery and the condition of the products must be unused and in their original package and with seals intact. The consumer will have to pay return postage costs.

Damaged goods

If the parcel has visible damage, ask your post office to make a note of damage before you sign your receivers note.

Warranty

All spare parts have 6 months warranty.

Wrong products delivered

If Zand Group makes an error when delivering your goods, we will of course deliver the correct goods to you free of charge. However, if the error is induced by misinformation on the customer's behalf the same terms apply as in returning goods.

Wrong products ordered by customer

Normally, we don’t accept returns when the customer has ordered wrong parts. If you are unsure whether the part is compatible or not, please contact our support to make sure. If our support has given wrong information, we will of course accept returns.

Unclaimed packages

For unclaimed packages, the customer will be charged a fee of 25€.
