How to find model name and serial number on your device
To find the correct spare parts for your unit, the best starting point is to have the model name and serial number of the device at hand. The model name can be entered in the search bar at our site, or you can browse the categories under the brand’s section to find the model. If you can’t find the model, please send an email including the model name and/or serial number to info@zandparts.com and we will help you. You can also fill out the contact form found by using the 'Support' button in the bottom right corner of the web site.
